I reserve the right to reject, refuse and fully refund/stop working on commissions at any time.

I reserve all rights to my artwork. This means I own copyright and use rights to it, but cannot sell your commission without permission. I will, however, display on social media, in portfolios, etc.

I can take private commissions, and will not post them to social media if you state that you don't want them posted.

I accept commissions from people 13+ since that is the requirement for most social platforms.

Payment can be done in Steam games, gift cards, or through trades. (Trades include characters, artwork, customs, etc) As I currently do not have a Paypal/Cashapp.

Payment will be upfront, unless you would like for me to send you a WIP first. Then after that WIP is sent, you will pay me, and I'll continue my work.

I do not start fully finishing artwork until I get full payment.

You are paying for Digital Services & Goods, you will not receive any physical items.

I do not work to a strict scheduled deadline for commissions. Please understand that if you are insistent I will charge a rush fee, based on the deadline and type of commission you require.

Complex commissions will incur additional fees to respective types of commission, this is not usually a fixed rate and only apply to specific commission types.

If you wish to commission something specific that is not listed with prices, or simply wish to solidify how much a commission will cost you, you are free to contact me for a free quote or estimate.

I am willing to recreate styles.

With permission from myself, you may re-post your commission as long as you credit me properly (i.e. tag me/directly link my accounts). Please do not re-post your commission without any credit.

You may only use your commission for personal uses (Unless otherwise stated). Such as social media decoration (icons, banners, pagedolls, etc.).

You do not need permission to upload the artwork to character storage sites, so long as credit is on-site for Toyhouse. (My TH account is SketchBookWonders.)

You may not heavily edit your commission outside of cropping for icons. This includes removing any watermarks I add, tracing over, or editing the colors drastically.

Your commission may never be used for commercial or for-profit purposes without legal consent and paying additional fees.

You may not turn your commission into an Non-Fungible Token (NFT), or other crypto-currency, no matter how much you offer to pay me. I do not accept commissions from you people.

You may not under any circumstance use my artwork in conjunction with promotion of illegal, bigoted or otherwise hateful content or acts.

Do not "finish" my artwork without written permission. This includes getting other artists to do so for you.

I live in CST (Central Standard time), so I apologize if my possible difference in time zone affects the process of your commission.

Once your commission is complete I will not make any changes to the artwork without additional payment to do so. I will make small changes for free. (Such as line art mistakes, color issues, or missing markings.)

I will try to send WIP images for most stages of a commission aside from shading and rendering, but can do so if asked. (The sketch, line art, and flat colors.) I will move to the next stage of the drawing when you state that everything is good.

I appreciate clear communication from you so that your commission can be just what you want it to be!

Please do not be afraid to tell me if things need correcting or changing, I will appreciate you saying so. Do not wait until the commission is complete to tell me it is inaccurate, as mentioned I will charge you to make changes if they are major! (Like poses, outfits, ect)

A commission from me takes a few days to at most 2 weeks. This depends on what is happening in my life/how many commissions I currently have.

You should understand that if you do not respond to me timely manner it could delay the process of your commission.

Please be patient and respectful. If you are rude to me, pressure me, or guilt trip me during your commission I am allowed to stop your commission at anytime and refund you.

Once your commission is complete I will not refund any or even partial of the money paid.

Should you wish to cancel your commission after the sketch/line art has been confirmed, you will only receive a partial refund. You will only get what stage of the art I was at.

Before Sketch Approval: 100% Refund

Lining: 50% Refund

Coloring: 25% Refund

Shading + Complete: 0% Refund

Tips are never refunded under any circumstance.

Your money is your own responsibility. You agree that you are not entitled to your money back no matter what your money situation is once you have commissioned me.

Should I personally decide to no longer work with you or on your commission for any reason, or feel I will not be able to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund regardless of the stage the commission is in.
